When people feel valued, they thrive. Supportive working environments create work that exudes energy. I feel fortunate every day to live in a country like Canada, who's EDI initiatives have contributed to supporting me as an openly gay man.

Even just since growing up in the 2000s, I have seen so much social progress that has only made it easier to be myself. That confidence has had tremendous impact on what I can create - a feeling that should be available to everyone.
